What is the difference between split, multi-split and ducted systems?
A split system serves a single room with one indoor unit. A multi-split connects several indoor units to a single outdoor unit, and is the usual choice for cooling several rooms. A ducted system distributes air through ducts in the ceiling void: only the grilles are visible, which makes it the best solution when appearance matters.
Are you certified to handle refrigerant gases?
Yes. We hold F-Gas certification, which is legally required to install and maintain systems containing fluorinated gases. We are also an official Mitsubishi Heavy Industries service centre.
How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
As a general rule, once a year, ideally before the season of heaviest use. Regular cleaning of the filters and heat exchanger keeps the air healthy, reduces consumption and extends the life of the system.
Do you service systems installed by someone else?
Yes, we handle maintenance, cleaning, sanitisation and repair on systems we did not install. Get in touch with the make and model and we will tell you how we can help.
